- 1 to 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
- 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 kg shrimp
- Clean shrimp
- Heat virgin coconut oil.
- Stir in diced garlic.
- Add cleaned shrimp and saute for 2 to 3 minutes on one side.
- Turn shrimp over and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Add chopped onion for the last 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
