INGREDIENTS

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 kg shrimp

METHOD

  1. Clean shrimp
  2. Heat virgin coconut oil.
  3. Stir in diced garlic.
  4. Add cleaned shrimp and saute for 2 to 3 minutes on one side.
  5. Turn shrimp over and saute for 2 more minutes.
  6. Add chopped onion for the last 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
