Chocolate Fudge
INGREDIENTS
½ cup of melted virgin coconut oil
¼ cup of honey
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
finely chopped nuts of your choice
METHOD
- In a bowl whisk all the ingredients together until the mixture is very smooth.
- Pour the whole mixture into a small square dish.
- Refrigerate the mixture until solid.
- Cut it into small square pieces, and it’s ready to be served.
Note: If you want it to set quickly, you can put it in the deep freezer for ½ hour.
