INGREDIENTS

½ cup of melted virgin coconut oil
¼ cup of honey
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Pinch of salt 
finely chopped nuts of your choice

METHOD

  1. In a bowl whisk all the ingredients together until the mixture is very smooth.
  2. Pour the whole mixture into a small square dish.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture until solid.
  4. Cut it into small square pieces, and it’s ready to be served. 

Note: If you want it to set quickly, you can put it in the deep freezer for ½ hour.
